LOWER BODY + GLUTES

Using a booty band, 2kg ankle weights and 4kg dumbbells, this lower-body class is designed to challenge the glutes from every angle. We'll move through a combination of strength-focused and high-repetition exercises to create time under tension, build endurance and keep the lower body working throughout. Expect a steady burn through the glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs, with layered progressions and minimal rest between exercises.
