FULL BODY
Using the Pilates ball and 4kg dumbbells, this full-body class moves through a mix of standing and mat-based exercises designed to challenge strength, control and coordination. The ball is used throughout to create new points of awareness and add an extra layer of challenge, while the heavier dumbbells bring a greater strength focus to the upper and lower body. Expect a steady-paced class with intentional movement patterns, full-body integration, and plenty of opportunities to refine technique while working hard.
