FULL BODY (GLUTE FOCUS)

Using a booty band throughout, this full body mat Pilates class places a strong emphasis on the glutes while challenging the entire body. We'll work through a combination of side-lying sequences, four-point kneeling exercises and core-focused movements, using the band to add resistance and intensity throughout. Expect plenty of lower body burn, balanced with upper body and abdominal work to create a well-rounded full body workout.
