FULL BODY

A full body mat class using the Pilates ball, built around control, balance, and subtle shifts in load. We move through a series of steady, well-paced sequences, using the ball to challenge stability and bring more awareness into each position. Small changes in positioning create an uneven base, asking you to adjust, stay grounded, and maintain control throughout. Expect a gradual build through the lower body, with simple upper body and core work layered in, all connected through smooth, controlled transitions.
